With such a massive need for quality health care in Haiti, Partners In Development’s goal is to now staff our medical clinic on the ground in Haiti year round. We currently have a full-time Haitian doctor, nurse, and program coordinator on staff. PID will now be complimenting their services by sending medical professionals from the United States each month.

Dates of travel and length of stay can be flexible according to your schedule. I was working in a school in the mountains south of Port-au-Prince when the earthquake hit. I have since completed an EMT course and have been certified through the NREMT. I have been looking for opportunities to return to Haiti, and I would be willing to work in any capacity in which my skills would be of use.
